CAPEPrep is a CSV validation and filing-prep utility. It does not submit CAPE declarations, provide customs brokerage, or provide legal advice.
Refund eligibility and pass-through obligations should be reviewed by your broker, importer-of-record, customs counsel, or compliance owner before filing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If the tool fails to generate a packet from a valid CSV, contact us within 7 days for help or a refund.
The tool is provided as-is. We are not liable for filing decisions, customs determinations, or refund outcomes.
